Agents

Watch your agents

Follow every agent from Mission Control, Live Agents, the Board, Runs and Activity, and step in when you need to.

SI Fabrik shows the same work at several levels: Mission Control for everything at once, the Board per project, Live Agents for a session's full transcript, Runs for history, and Activity for the orchestrator's decisions.

Mission Control#

Open Mission Control (⌘1) from the top of the sidebar.

  • Stat tiles: Active agents (and orchestrators online), Retry queue, Tokens this session (and all-time), Spend this session (and all-time), Agent time, and Runs completed with the success rate.
  • Token throughput: cumulative tokens over the last 24 hours, stacked per project.
  • Agent cards: one per running agent, with what it's doing right now (preparing the workspace, building the prompt, launching, streaming a turn, running a tool, finishing), Turn n/max, tokens and cost, and a Handing off pill while a hand-off drains.
  • Retry queue: tasks waiting to retry, as Attempt n or Continuation check, with Retry now and a button to release the claim.
  • Recent runs: completed attempts with their outcome, tokens and cost.
  • System check: Claude Code, Docker, Git, Codex CLI and GitHub CLI.
  • Start All and Stop All (also ⇧⌘R and ⇧⌘.), and Refresh (⌘R) to poll every tracker now.

The Board#

Each project's Board tab is a Kanban of its tracker's tasks. Active columns are marked: agents pick those up. Cards show the identifier, priority, labels, and badges when an agent is running, the task is parked, waiting on a linked task, or blocked.

Right-click a card for:

ActionWhat it does
Dispatch NowStart this task right away, without waiting for the next poll. The project must be running.
Stop AgentStop the running agent.
Resume RetriesUn-park a task a guardrail parked.
Stop Waiting on Linked TasksRelease a task that waits on linked tasks.
Move to…Change the state (built-in board and ClickUp).
Open in Tracker, Copy Identifier
Reveal Workspace, Open Terminal in Sandbox…See Terminal.
Delete IssueBuilt-in board only.

Click a card to open its detail: description, labels, blockers, linked tasks, the Workspace section (Finder, Terminal, Editor, Save Branch), its activity and comments. Add a comment with instructions for the next attempt; the agent reads the task's comments. While an agent runs, the detail shows Agent running with its phase and a Watch button.

Filter the board with Filter issues, and create tasks with New Issue (⌘N) on editable boards. GitHub boards show Read-only · edit in your tracker.

Live Agents#

Open Live Agents (⌘2) for every project, or a project's Agents tab for one. The list has Running and Recent sessions. Select one to see:

  • the streaming transcript: assistant text, thinking, tool calls and results, and SI Fabrik's host-tool calls. Toggle Show thinking, Show tool output and Follow output;
  • Input, Output and Cost counters, the Session id, and where it runs (Docker or Cloudflare);
  • the Pull request link after hand-off;
  • The sandbox blocked N hosts, each with an Allow button that adds the host to sandbox.network.allow in WORKFLOW.md;
  • Browser checks · N screenshots attached by the agent.

The header buttons:

Runs#

A project's Runs tab lists every attempt (success, failure, timeout, stall or cancellation) with Outcome, Issue, Title, Turns, Duration, Tokens, Cost, Ended and Error. Double-click a run to replay its transcript. History keeps the last 200 runs per project. Transcripts are redacted of known secret values and trimmed before they're written.

Activity#

Activity (⌘3) is the structured log: orchestrator decisions, hooks, agent lifecycle and tool calls, as key=value lines such as action=dispatch_preflight outcome=failed reason=…. Filter by Level, Project (or Server) and text with Search logs, toggle Follow, and press Log Files to open ~/Library/Logs/Harness/.

The menu bar extra shows whether SI Fabrik is idle or how many agents are working, with Agents, Retrying, Tokens and Spend, and buttons to Open SI Fabrik or Quit. With Notify when an agent attempt fails on (Settings → General), you get a notification for each failed attempt.
